The Greatest Opportunity of Failure
We often get failure wrong. We sometimes think failing means we are failures. But that's just the world, telling us the devil’s lies. Failure is a part of life. God designed it that way. Abraham, Jacob, Moses, David, and Peter all failed. Why? Because they were human. And humans fail. But here's the truth: it's good for us.
Failure teaches us. We often learn more from failure than success. It shapes our character. As Romans 5:3-5 says, "suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." No one becomes who they are meant to be without some failure. C. S. Lewis said it like this: "Failures, repeated failures, are finger posts on the road to achievement."
