Jesus told many parables during the time He spent with us. This one is a bit unique in that it tells us the main point of the parable right up front in the first line. Jesus wants us to be persistent about talking to God in prayer. Like all of Jesus’ teaching, the main message of this parable is a lesson that comes with serious benefits if we learn and practice it.
